My Birthday

Well next on my list of things I need to post about is my birthday.

For my birthday I had 3 different big things happen.
1. The week before my birthday I went home and had a party with my family.
2. The week of my birthday at had a little get together with some friends.
3. And on the day of my birthday I flew to my sister Crystal's in Virginia.

I don't have any pictures of doing the birthday stuff, but I do have a lot of Washington DC, which is what we did while I was visiting! We had my birthday, my sister Camille and her family came down from Indiana for Thanksgiving, then we went to DC. I will post all of that in my next post.

Oh and my birthday was back in November if you didn't catch that, this is a little late. But better late than never! :)

Halloween

I know these are a little late, but I'm finally taking time to put some pictures up. These are from Halloween 2009. For our ward Halloween party they wanted us to go as apartments. So... I had 7 roommates last semester and we decided to go as Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs! It was so much fun. And we looked so good! I was Sleepy the Dwarf.

Then on actual Halloween I went down to my Aunt Gwen's in Ogden and dressed up as Hannah Montana! It was amazing! I only have one picture that I took on my cell phone.

Me as Sleepy

Bashful, Doc, Prince Charming, Snow White, Happy, Sleepy,
Sneezy, Grumpy, and Dopey

This is us getting an award for Best Apartment Unity (or something like that). It was amazing!

And this is me as Hannah Montana! : )

Everyday Life!

Well its been a while since I've posted anything. So I figured I should put something down on here. I'm just in Rexburg going to school right now. Things are good. They seem to be going by fast, but at the same time very slow! School has been in for about 6 weeks now, mid-terms are next week, so we are just about half way through the semester.

My dad's birthday was on the 16th of this month, so this past weekend I went home to visit and celebrate it with him. I had so much fun. I love going home to visit. I love seeing and spending time with my family. It was a great break, but it was also kinda bad cause I didn't want to come back to school! But I did, and its all good.

Last bit of excitement. In exactly 30 days I am flying out to Virginia with my best friend Michelle to spend Thanksgiving with my older sisters Crystal and Camille and their families. I am so super excited! I just can't wait! My older sister, Crystal, moved to Virginia in July for her husband to go to medical school and my older sister, Camille, is still in Indiana where her husband is going to Optometry school. Camille lives 8 hours from Crystal so they will drive down to Crystal's for Thanksgiving. And the weekend after Thanksgiving, like Friday and Saturday, we are all going to go to Washington DC! I'm way excited for that! Crystal only lives 4 hours from there. I will get to spend a total of 10 days with them. Oh and did I mention that I'm flying out to Virginia on November 20th? Which you all should know, is my Birthday. My 22nd birthday will consist of flying across the country for 7 hours and then another 4 hour drive from the airport to my sisters house. It will be a long day, but totally worth it. So one more time, I'm super excited!!! 30 days, 30 days, 30 days! I can't wait to see my nieces and nephews! Oh and of course my sisters and wonderful brother-in-laws! : ) Love you guys!

This is a picture of my adorable nieces and nephews. My mom bought these outfits for them. From left to right, Kaden, Kayli, McKoy, and Rylee. Kaden and Kayli and Crystal and Justin's children. And McKoy and Rylee are Camille and Erik's children. Aren't they just adorable.

Also, while I'm posting I might as well add some pictures I never got around to putting up before. When I went home in August for our country fair, my family and 2 of my uncles families went up hiking down by the Utah/Arizona border. It was a lot of fun. We had a great time. Here are just a few pictures.

This is the whole group resting before hiking back down. We hiked up to the little cave.

This is me with my dad, mom, and youngest sister Kayla.

My friend Ashley went with us. It was a blast having her come.

Well this is all for now! I will try to post more often and I really need to work on taking more pictures. I've taken a couple this semester, I just need to put them on my computer and upload them. Okay its kinda late so I better get to bed. : )

Shish kabob Party

July 2009
For my friend David's birthday we had a shish kabob party. It was kinda an end of summer semester party too. It was so much fun. We had all of the ingredients for the kabobs out and we got to choose what we wanted on them and then we put what kind of dressing we wanted. Then we grilled them up!

Me with the birthday boy David.

Cruise Pictures

Okay so I finally decided to put up some pictures from the cruise I took to Ensenada in November for my 21st birthday. There are a lot of them! Have fun :)

Michelle and I in the car driving to L.A. (thats where we boarded the ship).
Coming into L.A.
Tasha, Michelle, me, and Brooke with the ship in the background before boarding.

Us 4 on the bridge thingy between land and the ship.

Thats the cruise ship!

Michelle and I eating breakfast, I believe this is pineapple or mango juice, in wine glasses.

This is one of the sights we saw, it is a old Casino that was made in the 20's and is now just a tourist attraction.

In the Casino, I just liked that I randomly popped my head into the left of the picture. Do not remember doing it though.

We went to a Winery, big barrel full of wine. (I would guess)

This is where we got to taste the wines, we didn't try it, I promise!

Me and Tasha on the street in Ensenada.

Our ship in the Ensenada harbor.

Pretending to use the phones in Mexico.

Me standing next to our ship before getting back on after touring in Mexico. Yes it's that big and yes there is more then you can see.

These are our bird friends. While we were still docked in Mexico we were eating a late lunch on the deck and we started throwing food to the birds. A ton of them showed up, like 30 to 50 birds. It was so cool!

Tasha and I on the deck of the ship while in Mexico.

Me on the deck with Ensenada, Mexico in the background.

Titanic pose

Just a cool picture on the deck with the sun shining behind.

Brooke and I posing exactly the same way, not something we planned.

This is our "fancy" dinner where we all dressed up in someway or another.

Us on the deck with the ocean and the sun shining into the water in the background.

This is the middle of the ship. It was cool looking.

Tasha and I with our waiter Kieshore. He served us each night, he was funny. He's from India.

Us 4 at dinner again.

Our last dinner. We all ate together every night.

And this is the end of our fantastic cruise. We had to get up at like 5:30 am to be off the ship by like 7. It was crazy. And as you can see we look a little tired.
We all had so much fun together. It was a blast and I'm so glad we got to do it.
